Heat treatment is often used to enhance the physical properties
of the casting and meet in full the required specifications. This
includes:
High temperature oven 600°C
1200(l) x 1200 (w) x 1500 (h) mm
Low temperature oven 300°C
360(l) x 1500 (w) x 1700 (h) mm
Quench Facilities
Polymer (to minimise heat treatment stresses)
Hot Water Quench and Air Blast
