We have worked within this sector for the past 20 years and as such our knowledge and expertise continues to grow.

Working specifically with large alumium castings with demanding criteria, our castings pass the highest scrutiny and have been produced up to 500 kilos. We test to international and customers' standards and often comfortable exceed the standards set.

With the use of 80 ASF sand and CAD cut tooling we guarantee exceptional dimension accuracy and the surface finish on our sand castings is second to none! On a specific project we are currently achieving accuracy better than +/- 1mm on 400 kg castings.
