With over 15 years experience in the Automotive industry, Haworth specialise in sampling, pre-production volumes and development.

Over the years we have developed enormous experience in component development and sampling. This means we can work with you from conception right the way through to design and build and then deliver your prototype to you.

Our experience means we can get sampling/production tooling down as fast as the Rapid prototyping route. This means you save while we deliver.

The validations of sample aluminium castings to establish their integrity is essential and as such will be carried out in our UKAS accredited test facility.

Having delivered the samples we can then continue with initial low / medium production volumes, while high volume routes are being developed. Knowledge gained from sampling can be shared to assist with the high volume production.

Our in-house machining capacity allows us to offer a fully machined component with accuracies down to +/- 5 microns whilst our finishing service allows us to fully finish the product. Click here to see our full range.
